Tasks:

In our Core Banking team, we bundle the competencies for comprehensive consulting of financial service providers in the context of core banking systems. This includes consulting services regarding existing business processes and regulatory requirements as well as the execution of process and system analyses for the selection of standard applications for the renewal of existing infrastructures. Another focus is advising our customers on the design, development and testing of banking applications in the credit environment, which we implement within the framework of innovative technologies.

Job description:

• Consulting of credit institutions/financial service providers in the analysis, optimization and reorganization of business processes in the core banking area
• Creation of functional concepts and execution of tests
• Selection, migration and implementation of complex banking applications in the core banking area
• Support in customer and project acquisitions
• Preparation of studies and publications as well as further development of our methodological and solution competencies

Our requirements:

• Successfully completed studies in economics or (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
• Alternatively: completed commercial training or banking training with comparable additional qualifications
• Several years of professional experience in financial institutions or in a consulting company
• Very good specialist knowledge of the business processes of financial institutions (credit, bank management) or many years of experience in individual sub-areas
• Very good and confident appearance with customers
• Distinct analytical and conceptual skills as well as a quick grasp of new concepts
• Experience in the implementation of software development projects
  Strong communication skills and team orientation
• Flexibility, as well as a high degree of initiative and resilience
